Before opening, store at room temperature in a cool, dry spot — no fridge needed. Once opened, we recommend refrigerating the bag to maintain freshness, since our recipe is minimally processed without synthetic preservatives.

Each 3-pack includes three 2 oz bags, with approximately 20 sticks per bag—or about 60 sticks total. Because Watts is made with real, air-dried meat, stick size and count can vary slightly from bag to bag.

How long a 3-pack lasts depends on your dog’s size and daily serving:

• Under 25 lbs: 1 stick/day → about 60 days
• 25–75 lbs: 2 sticks/day → about 30 days
• Over 75 lbs: 3 sticks/day → about 20 days

No, this is totally normal. The collagen casing can loosen a little when the sticks are cut and rub against each other in the bag during shipping. It’s fully edible and doesn’t affect the quality of the product.

We also don’t use artificial binders or adhesives to make the casing stick, so a little separation isbound to happen.
