Before opening, store at room temperature in a cool, dry spot — no fridge needed. Once opened, we recommend refrigerating the bag to maintain freshness, since our recipe is minimally processed without synthetic preservatives.

Feed daily based on your dog's weight: 1 chew for dogs under 25 lbs, 2 chews for 25–75 lbs, and 3 chews for dogs over 75 lbs. You can give them at any time of day — with a meal, as a training reward, or on their own. Consistency matters more than timing, so pick what works for your routine and stick with it.

No, this is totally normal. The collagen casing can loosen a little when the sticks are cut and rub against each other in the bag during shipping. It’s fully edible and doesn’t affect the quality of the product.

We also don’t use artificial binders or adhesives to make the casing stick, so a little separation isbound to happen.
