Before opening, store at room temperature in a cool, dry spot — no fridge needed. Once opened, we recommend refrigerating the bag to maintain freshness, since our recipe is minimally processed without synthetic preservatives.

No, this is totally normal. The collagen casing can loosen a little when the sticks are cut and rub against each other in the bag during shipping. It’s fully edible and doesn’t affect the quality of the product.

We also don’t use artificial binders or adhesives to make the casing stick, so a little separation is bound to happen.

We stand behind Watts. If it's your first time trying us and your dog doesn't love it, we'll refund your first order within 30 days of delivery — no need to send anything back. One refund per household, first-time customers only.
